Oil separator & screening machines, they are machines for sieving large volumes of product, which classify powdered or granulated particles according to their dimensions, also allowing their control before processing. The product is conveyed to the sieving chamber, where the inclined blades push it by centrifugal force towards the sieve. The fine particles pass through the screen, while the coarser particles do not, and are conveyed continuously towards the sieve outlet.
They have a loading mouth, where the product to be treated enters, with a perpendicular axis with an endless screw that introduces the product into the sieving chamber. It has blades parallel to the axis of rotation that accelerate the product radially by centrifugation towards a cylindrical sieve. The paddles transport the coarse material retained inside, which is discharged through the coarse material outlet. The material filtered through the screen is discharged through the fines outlet.
