The gelatin shell and cosmetic core materials adopt a dual automatic feeding design, reducing manual intervention in daily batch production.
Constructed with full GMP cosmetic-grade polished stainless steel for all material contact sections, the machine weighs 600kg with overall dimension 3170×860×2050mm; equipped with total power 11KW and standard 380V three-phase five-wire industrial voltage that fits most cosmetic cleanroom power configuration globally. 2. High Precision Filling and Wide Cosmetic Specification Coverage
Filling dosage error is controlled within ≤±3%, capable of manufacturing seamless cosmetic softgels ranging 2-8mm outer diameter, covering single filling weight 20mg~250mg to produce multi-type cosmetic pellets: facial essential oil capsules, whitening essence softgels, plant extract skincare beads and nutrient body oil soft capsules.
