Under the premise of environmental protection, energy saving, and improved work efficiency , our company's improved spiral refrigeration exchanger maximizes cooling capacity through high-speed heat exchange between the high-flow-rate rotating coolant and the refrigerant, leaving no impurities and increasing cooling efficiency by 40%, resulting in high efficiency and energy saving. Simply put, when the refrigeration switch is turned on, it can reach 8 degrees Celsius in 20 minutes when the outdoor temperature is 30 degrees Celsius, entering the dropping state. This solves the problems of slow cooling speed and difficult oil tank cleaning of the original immersion evaporator (immersion evaporators have copper pipes inside the oil tank, making thorough cleaning impossible; our external refrigeration exchanger leaves the oil tank empty, making cleaning very easy), making the pellet dropping equipment more compliant with GMP cleaning standards.
