The droplet forming part supports frequency adjustable design, with vibration frequency adjustable between 100-300Hz, making it easy to control droplet size and minimizing size fluctuations within the same batch. The cooling adopts a segmented temperature control method, gradually decreasing from a higher temperature to the curing temperature, allowing the gelatin shell to naturally form, reducing internal stress and shell defects. The equipment can monitor the viscosity of gelatin in real time, adjust operating parameters according to the material status, and improve film stability.

In terms of actual molding effect, the shell thickness can be adjusted between 0.20-0.45mm, with small differences in thickness within the same batch; The capsule has good roundness and sphericity, and there are no obvious defects such as needle holes or thin edges on the surface. The dissolution consistency and moisture barrier performance are stable.
